Payment links are the fastest way to collect payments from your customers. You create a link, share it, and your customer pays directly from their browser using Mobile Money or a debit/credit card.

Creating a Payment Link
  1. Go to Payment Links in the sidebar.
  2. Click Create Link.
  3. Complete the form:
Customer Information

Select an existing customer or add a new one:

  • Name -- Customer's full name
  • Email -- Customer's email address
  • Phone -- Customer's phone number

        Link Details
        • Title -- A short name for the payment (e.g., "Website Design Deposit")

          • Unit Price -- Price per unit
The total is calculated automatically from all line items.

          2. Click Publish to create the link.
            Sharing a Payment Link
Once published, your payment link has a unique URL that you can share with your customer via:
            • Direct message (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.)
            • Email
            • Social media
            • Any other channel
The customer does not need a Dollr account to pay. They simply open the link in a browser.
            What Your Customer Sees

When a customer opens the payment link, they see:

            3. Order details (expandable) showing line items, subtotal, fees, and total
            4. Payment method selection -- Mobile Money or Debit/Credit Card
